Edgy Glamour.

So after the popularity of the first collection,
Lipsy have just launched their second Kardashian Kollection range.
The collection features jumpsuits, dresses, jackets, skirts, tops, shoes and accessories.

There is a very classy feel to the range- represented through the monochrome colour scheme of the majority of items. Other colours include a very festive Oxblood.

The dress I chose from this collection is the midi cami dress. Kim wears this dress in the campaign images and also wore to the press day. The dress is much longer on Kim - to her mid calf.
For tall girls like me, it falls just below the knee. There's something very elegant yet edgy about his piece.
I love the stripes, the straps, the mesh panels and the shape.

LOVE

Cosmo Blog Awards OOTN

After my two recent videos (Cosmo Blog Awards Experience and Haul) loads of you requested a post with details of the outfit I wore.

I actually bought two outfits and returned one the day of the awards.
I really recommend doing this if you have a big event and need to wear something special. In my experience if I have an event, and just buy one outfit, you can guarantee I wont be happy with it on the day.

Having two outfits there gives you freedom of choice. My outfit preference changes depending on factors such as my mood/health. On the day I was a little agitated and flustered so I was more comfortable in the jumpsuit. Being in a tight sequin dress all night would have just made me very uncomfortable.

I also got a lot of compliments on my outfit throughout the night.
I was a little worried about wearing a jumpsuit as most people wear dresses but the embellishment makes the outfit a lot more formal and special.

Anyway, I loved it. Hope you do to.

I'm heading off to London Fashion Week in the next few days. It's my first time EVER and I'm super excited! Here I am wearing a trend I predict will be big amongst attendees- Monochrome!

I think monochrome is one of the easiest and most timeless trends to wear. There's something super classy about nothing but white and black.
Tres simplistic. Tres chic.

Festival Ready

Super duper quick post for you right here as Im already running late for dinner with my fam!
I think this look is so perfect for a festival, I'd probably switch out the heels for wellies especially in this unpredictable weather! You can take the jacket off and tie around your waist to make the look a little more grungy.
This jacket from Front Row Shop is my new fave, its much lighter than my other coats but slightly thicker than a jacket. The length is a longer than most plaid shirts too which I love.

The top was featured in my last video (here) and was £10 from Depop, I paired this with my new favourite denim shorts from New Look.

Anyway Im off to eat some yummy steak so see you over on Youtube this Friday where Ill be announcing the ghd winner and showing you my every day makeup.

Cropped Jumper

This is one of the looks from my Crop Top Lookbook video. That video will be live tomorrow. I think I saw another blogger wearing a cropped sweater and immediately fell in love. This one from sheinside was super affordable (£12/$21!) and its not to thick, not too thin. I can see this being my staple piece in the next month. I've practically paired it with everything since I bought it a few weeks ago- Jeans/Shorts/Skirts you name it.

These shorts are just perfect. Every girl needs a pair (or 2, or 3 or..) of shredded denim shorts. These are a little shorter than I would normally go but since they're high waisted I think it's acceptable.

I really want another cropped sweater, if you have any suggestions leave them in the comments!

LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Peaches and Cream.

Sorry I've been AWOL for the past week- Ive been busy sorting out future posts and outfits for my upcoming holidays.

Peach and pastel pink are two of my favourite colours at the moment. As mentioned in my past few posts - UK weather is so up and down at the moment. It can be boiling hot one minute and raining the next, this has been affecting how I dress recently. As Im usually out and about all day, I don't have time to change, so Im trying to dress for all weather possibilities in one outfit.
This collared jumper is so comfy and the texture is beautiful, you can dress this up with a skirt or down with some jeans. But, this skirt is SO beautiful. The colour, the pleats, the underlining, the length, the everything. These photos actually don't do it justice. Cant wait to wear it throughout Summer!

Check mate.

Jumpsuits are so comfy they make me never want to wear jeans again.
They have to be the easiest way to make a statement - I find I get more compliments wearing playsuits/jumpsuits than constructed outfits. I used to feel self conscious wearing jumpsuits in public, possibly due to the similarities to my onesie wearing ways which I'd rather restrict to my own home.
I got over that fear pretty quickly and now they're my go-to
'I have a wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear' outfit.

Plus, at $36/£21 you cant really go wrong.. and this print is extremely wearable. Some jumpsuits can have rather garish prints.
My friend also commented that a very similar jumpsuit was currently being stocked in Zara for $65/£40.

Geomaze

This skirt is just my new favourite thing.
I wore it paired with this Motel geo maze print crop top one day
and a slouchy knitted sweater with trainers the next.
It's so versatile and can be dressed up or down to suit any occasion
I'm going to wear the hell out of it this Spring/Summer.

Plus,
The lovely people at Motel have given me a coupon code to give my readers to get you 20% off your order! Just enter 'hannahleigh0' at checkout!

Washed Out

Today consisted of a spontaneous lunch with my Mum and a shopping trip. Im not usually one for exposing my midriff but I've been taking much more care of my diet and fitness routine this past month, so I'm not as uncomfortable showing a little skin. I have been doing several things to tone up for my upcoming holidays, I'll feature those tips in a future post.

These jeans are super comfy and fit perfectly. I've been searching for a pair of high waisted ripped jeans for a while and when I stumbled upon them on ROMWE.com, I knew they'd be perfect.
Yet, they're even more perfect in real life.
