Thigh High

Good evening gals! Today I have a super simple look perfect for those days where you just cba to choose an outfit. I wore this for a BBQ where the sun was in and out. The cotton is quite breathable but also keeps you warm. The maxi length is also great for keeping those pins wrapped up nice and cosy while the side split adds a little sexiness and summer flair.

Overall I pretty much adore this look. Super simple, minimum effort.
I also love grey for days when you're itching to wear black but the weather disagrees.
Added a hat to doll it up a little bit but thats obviously optional..
Also wore a tummy control thong under this for obvious reasons- all this BBQ food is catching up with me.

Khaki and Camel

If you know anything about me or my blog, you probably know Im a keen fan of the 'all black errythang'  hype.  I realised it was time to venture into a new colour palette last week when my boyfriend's parents joked about me only ever wearing black over dinner. I've got away with it for a good while now but when people start noticing you funeral themed wardrobe its time to change.

I tied this khaki dress at the waist with a hair tie to ruche up the tummy area. I'd had quite a big lunch and was not feeling that food baby in this tight dress.  I've also linked the the control underwear I was wearing. Tummy control is my new favourite thing for tight clothing, I dont know why Ive never invested before.

I paired the dress with brown leather shoes and matching bag. Why? Because I dont really know what else goes with green. Hoping to become more comfortable with this colour thing soon!

Black & White

Making my legs the colour of milk bottles was never something I was really in to. However these Topshop high waisted Joni jeans are surprisingly flattering. They're high waisted and very tight in all the right places (instant bum lift!)

I paired these with a black blouse by H&M and my fave Primark wedges for a BBQ. The weather here in the UK at the moment is somewhat unpredictable. One day it will be 27 degrees, the next is wind and rain.
The sun was out this day yet it was windy and cold. This outfit kept me warm whilst not looking totally Winter-y with the light bottoms and strappy wedges.
